1. Eat Vitamin C Rich Foods | Broccoli, Green & Red Peppers, Winter Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Kiwis, Goji Berries |
2. Boost Circulation | Exercise (outside for an added boost), Facial Massage, Facial Cupping, Yin-Yang Rolling |
3. Sleep | Strive for 8 hours! I can almost guarantee you will see a change in your skin! |

Raw Manuka Honey: A "one-and-done" product
Ragweed, mold, and other allergens are not only causing headaches and sneezing, they also cause our skin to react negatively. As the air becomes drier and the barrier of our skin is challenged, raw Manuka honey continues to be my go to recommendation for all skin challenges, especially this time of the year.
Manuka honey has considerably higher levels of enzymes and antibacterial properties. It is my answer for: acne, rosacea, dermatitis, dull skin, dry skin, oily skin, rashes, burns, and more. After you apply a honey mask, take a tablespoon full to boost your immune system, soothe irritated throats, and calm internal inflammation!
Use as a cleanser by simply adding a little warm water to your fingertips, use as a mask (use on it's own or add goat milk yogurt or a couple drops of your favorite oil), use as a spot treatment on pimples, or to heal cold sores. You can get small round band-aids and make your own zit patch with honey and a little band-aid!
Creates clearer skin, gives the skin an amazing glow, boosts hydration, feeds the skin with good bacteria to keep your skin's microbiome healthy, calms inflammation + redness, and is my go to product when I just need a skin boost!
Organifi Gold Pumpkin Spice: My favorite fall nighttime drink
Turmeric, lemon balm, reishi mushroom, turkey tail mushroom, and ginger. Supports immune system, calms, soothes, + helps promote restful sleep!
