Truth Retinol Gel is highly concentrated. Apply to damp skin once or twice a week to achieve dramatic, visible improvements. If redness or irritation result, reduce the frequency of application.

This 5% is strong! Please remember this is made to be used once a week. We suggest starting with the 1% and then moving up to 5% after you have completley used jar of 1% (Should last about 8 months if using properly with the "perfect dose").
